HLN focuses on continuously improving the heater quality and pushing it to the limit. The company finished a heater high attitude test above 5,000 meters on the Tibetan Plateau. Both air heaters and coolant heaters went through the tests. A total of five testes points were taken, and at a highest elevation of 5,235 meters. (The five test points were at 2,780m, 3,660m, 4,540m, 4,780m, and 5,235m.) At all test points, both the air heaters and coolant heaters can ignite and operate smoothly. The high elevation test is only one of a serious of tests that HLN performs on its heaters to guarantee the heaters performance.
HLN has a rigorous and efficient design and development process. The process starts from fully understand customer needs. Then, the team would pay extra attention to reliability, easy-maintenance, safety and environment protection to optimize the product design. The development team would carry out both software and hardware design based on the customer needs. During the process, the engineers would also carry out SFMEA, DFMEA analysis, dynamic management, and provide real-time updates.
In parallel with the engineering team, the management team would also establish a project responsibility system, to carry out milestone management, and close loop management of existing problems.
This parking heater uses diesel as the fuel,after heating the exchanger hot air through
the air blower,arrives to the compartment,storehouse equipment,therefore achieve the purpose that heats and removes the frost to them.
